Work Half Day – Half Day Salary

Question: I work half day and I get a half day salary. I work on a commission basis with a full days target. Is this legal? How can I sort this out.

Answer: Targets are set by the company and no specific law governs such. It may be unfair. I suggest you chat with your manager/boss stating your concerns and attempt to elicit an explanation for the targets set.

    Please can you tell me what salary to as for, for a 8am -2pm (half day) position doing typing, calculating tests, data capture and having strong people skills. This position is in Pmburg.
