Negligence of HR – Human Resources

Question:

Is a Company allowed not to pay salary on time due to negligence of HR?

Answer:

Salaries are to be paid on the agreed date as per normal. It is not an employees fault if HR is negligent and that is not an excuse. One may file an unfair labour practice or lay a complaint with the Department of Labour.
