Tough Supervisor

Question: Can you sue your supervisor when he makes you do everything including other peoples job that he speaks up to get alot more money then you and in the process calls you stupid lazy and dont multitask when it comes time for a raise. But says before that you are my best worker or admits that he makes you do everything. In the process of me doing everything I lost 24 pounds in weight and watch his friends that he hired from his city gain the pounds I lost.

This is what I do at work on a typical day no one there does the same I pull and set dies after im done doing that I have to run the press I drive hilo I do material handling and he does not work people up there the way he works me and alot of time he tells me that I work for him i thought i worked for the company and me and all he pays me forall this grief I 9.50 and ive been there for 4 years and everyone that comes in behindme he starts then off much hire then my pay rate.

Answer:

You will first need to file a formal written grievance with his manager detailing all the concerns and request a desired equitable outcome. By law you must receive a prompt written response. Once you have followed this step you may proceed further if you are still not satisfied. Follow internal measures first.
