Answer:

All occupations are protected by the Occupational Health & Safety Act and basically any condition or situation which is potentially unsafe or may be a hazard is outlawed. I suggest you obtain a copy of the Act as to peruse details that you are concerned about. It would also depend on where you are situated. My base is South Africa and all laws very so I would need to know the arena we are working in.
