Question:

Can a Company employ one person under two different employee numbers, doing the same function (at management level), being paid an annual permanent salary as well as an hourly rate as a consultant? Is this legal?

Answer:

Well most probably not legal due to tax purposes but a company may pay out what they please. There is obviously a reason behind what they are doing.
